Core Values: Core Values are the fundamental guiding principles that define a company’s culture, behavior, and decision-making. They serve as the foundation for how a company operates, hires, leads, and grows.
Goals: Goals provide clarity, focus, and accountability, ensuring that individuals and teams work toward a shared vision with measurable progress. Setting long-term (10-Year Target), mid-term (3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan), and short-term (Quarterly Rocks) goals helps organizations stay aligned, prioritize effectively, and drive consistent execution.

Management

Have documented processes (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical operations and use scorecards to track weekly Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs"), ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.

Document Key Processes: Identify and document the top 20% of high-impact tasks. Ensure everyone follows these processes consistently and efficiently, especially during transitions.
Focus on Leading Indicators: Create scorecards that track KPIs related to forward-looking, leading indicators. This ensures potential issues and opportunities are identified early.
