Goals: Goals provide clarity, focus, and accountability, ensuring that individuals and teams work toward a shared vision with measurable progress. Setting long-term (10-Year Target), mid-term (3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan), and short-term (Quarterly Rocks) goals helps organizations stay aligned, prioritize effectively, and drive consistent execution.

Management

Have documented processes (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical operations and use scorecards to track weekly Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs"), ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.
